Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping is available within the European Union and to Switzerland.

Shipments are carried out via the following service providers:

  • DHL

  • Deutsche Post

  • and shipping service providers of our fulfillment partners (e.g. GLS, DPD, Asendia, Spring or comparable providers)

Depending on the product and warehouse location, shipping may be handled by different service providers.

Delivery Countries

  • European Union

  • Switzerland

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process.

The following minimum shipping rates currently apply:

  • Germany: from €2.40

  • EU: from €3.40

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or the shipping service provider.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description, the delivery time is:

  • Germany: 3–6 business days

  • EU and Switzerland: 4–7 business days

The delivery period begins on the day following receipt of payment.

For orders containing multiple items, partial deliveries may occur where reasonable for the customer.

Payment

The following payment methods are available in the Genschingo shop:

  • Google Pay

  • additional payment methods offered via Shopify Payments

All payments are processed through certified payment service providers using encrypted transmission.

Any additional costs arising from currency conversion or bank-related fees are outside our control and may be charged by your payment provider.
